MidPoint Capital Fund 1 brings project-level participation, opportunities to diversify, and connected investor access together in one fund experience.
Investment availability varies. Diversification does not assure a profit or protect against loss.
After return of capital, the illustrated income split is 90% to investors and 10% to management, subject to the offering documents. Expenses and losses reduce distributable income. The investor figures above are before expenses—not net investor returns.
Example assumptions: Unlevered loan; 100% of principal outstanding for exactly one year; simple interest with no compounding or recycling; all interest collected; stated origination points received once and fully retained by the fund; full repayment of principal; no expenses, defaults, losses or idle capital. Separate MCP funding fees and broker fees are excluded. Actual day-count conventions may change interest earned.
Rehabilitation draws may be funded over time. Interest on drawn balances can produce less income relative to the total commitment than these fully deployed examples. Early repayment, extensions, deployment timing and expenses also change results. These are loan-level illustrations, not historical performance, fund-wide forecasts, an expected return range or a minimum/maximum outcome. Higher pricing generally reflects higher risk and does not assure a higher realized return.
Pricing reference: MidPoint direct-fund program guidelines reviewed October 5, 2026. Pricing, fee allocation, eligibility and availability require transaction-specific confirmation; the offering documents control.
